FAQ – Visitors
Ticketing and Access
Should I buy a ticket in advance?
It is recommended to purchase your ticket in advance to guarantee your entry and avoid waiting at the venue, especially during peak times.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Yes, tickets will be available at the event entrance, subject to remaining capacity.
What is the difference between Scout / Adventurer / Hero?
- Scout: single-day event access
- Adventurer: event access + access to the organized play area (TCG)
- Hero: 2-day access + access to the organized play area (TCG)
All tickets also grant access to workshops, subject to availability.
Is the ticket valid for the whole day?
Yes, each ticket is valid for the entire duration of the selected day. The Hero ticket, however, is valid for both days of the event.
Can I leave and re-enter with my ticket?
Yes, temporary exits are permitted. Your ticket may be checked upon re-entry.

What are the opening hours?

Yes, free parking with approximately 300 spaces is available directly at the event site.

Registration
How do I book a stand?
Bookings are made via the exhibitor form available on the website. After submission, your request will be reviewed and then approved by the organizers.
What are the prices and what do they include?
Prices vary depending on the type of space (table, extended area, food truck…). Each stand includes exhibitor access and the basic equipment specified during registration.
Can I choose my location?
Locations are assigned by the organizers to ensure a coherent and balanced distribution. Preferences can be indicated, but are not guaranteed.
Is there an exhibitor selection process?
Yes. A selection process is carried out to ensure quality, diversity, and consistency with the event's theme.
Logistics
What time can I set up my stand?
Setup times will be communicated before the event. Access is provided the day before.
Is equipment (tables, chairs) provided?
Yes, depending on the package chosen. Included equipment will be specified during booking.
Is electricity / Wi-Fi available?
Electricity access is available depending on the location or upon request. Wi-Fi may be accessible, but performance is not guaranteed.
Can I access the site by car for unloading?
Yes, nearby access is provided for unloading. Specific arrangements will be communicated in advance.
Sales
Can I sell new / used / handmade items?
Yes, provided the products are related to the event's theme and comply with regulations.
Are there restrictions on products sold?
Yes. Illicit, counterfeit, dangerous, or non-compliant products are strictly prohibited. The exhibitor regulations detail the conditions.
Do I need to be compliant (VAT, authorizations, etc.)?
Yes. Each exhibitor is responsible for their administrative, tax, and legal compliance.
Can I run promotions on site?
Yes, commercial offers are permitted, provided they respect the public and comply with legislation.
Cancellation & Conditions
Can I cancel my participation?
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the organizers.
Is the stand refundable?
No. All stand bookings are firm and final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
What happens in case of force majeure?
In case of force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to adapt, postpone, or cancel the event. No refunds can be claimed, unless otherwise specified in the exhibitor terms and conditions.
