1. Event Access
Entry to EXPO-LEGENDS requires a valid ticket. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the event rules.
The EXPO-LEGENDS event is held at SPARKOH!, in Frameries.
2. Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other visitors, exhibitors, and event staff.
Any aggressive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate expulsion.
3. Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited within the event premises:
- actual weapons
- dangerous items
- illegal substances
The organizer reserves the right to refuse any item deemed inappropriate.
4. Cosplay and Accessories
Costumes and accessories are permitted as long as they pose no danger to the public.
Prop weapons must be clearly identifiable as such and may be subject to inspection.
5. Security
Participants must comply with the safety instructions provided by the organizer and on-site staff.
In case of emergency, all instructions given must be followed immediately.
6. Image Rights
Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By participating in EXPO-LEGENDS, visitors agree to potentially be filmed or photographed for event communication purposes.
7. Liability
The organizer accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of participants' personal belongings.
8. Exclusion
The organizer reserves the right to exclude any person who does not comply with these regulations, without refund.
9. Minors
Minors remain under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
10. Food and Beverages
Food and beverage consumption is restricted to designated areas. Catering services will be available on-site.
These regulations are deemed accepted by all event participants.
