1. Organizing Company
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of tickets for the EXPO-LEGENDS event, organized by 2UPGRADE GAMING SRL, with its registered office at 10 Rue de l’urbanisme, 7080 Frameries, Belgium.
2. Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the procedures for selling tickets that grant access to the EXPO-LEGENDS event.
3. Ticketing
Tickets are sold via the Weezevent platform. Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented at the event entrance.
4. Prices
Ticket prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The organizer reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure Weezevent ticketing platform.
6. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, tickets for fixed-date events are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
7. Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
No refunds will be issued for participant no-shows.
8. Event Access
Access to the event requires a valid ticket. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with safety regulations or event rules.
The EXPO-LEGENDS event takes place at SPARKOH!, in Frameries.
9. Liability
2UPGRADE GAMING SRL cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the ticket or inappropriate behavior during the event.
10. External Providers
The event may include exhibitors, food trucks, and independent service providers. The organizer cannot be held responsible for products or services offered by these third parties.
11. Image Rights
Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By participating in EXPO-LEGENDS, visitors agree that their image may be used for communication and promotional purposes.
12. Force Majeure
The organizer cannot be held responsible for event cancellation or modification due to force majeure.
13. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
14. Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of 2UPGRADE GAMING SRL's registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.
