Good quality proxies are allowed, with a maximum of 10 proxies per deck. Please clearly indicate them in the decklist. Between 5 and 10 decks will be checked during the rounds.

Top Cut begins on 09/20 at 5:00 PM, with a live broadcast on Twitch.
